Bwell Technology supports Singapore DTSS deep tunnel inspection & Singapore International Water Week 2024 review

From June 18 to 22, 2024, the Singapore International Water Week 2024 was grandly held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Center in Singapore. Bwell Technology, together with its Singaporean partner Perma-Liner, jointly exhibited, showcasing a range of products in water supply and drainage network inspection technology, including the Discovery Pioneer pipeline inspection robot, the Dolphin series pipeline inspection robot, and the Snake series pressure pipeline inspection robot.

During the exhibition, experts from the water industry in the Greater Bay Area (Guangdong Provincial Department of Water Resources, Shenzhen Water Bureau, Hong Kong Water Supplies Department, Shenzhen Environmental Water Group) visited Bwell Technology's booth for guidance and discussed application cases of Bwell Technology's shares in Singapore, enhancing technical exchanges in the water supply and drainage field.

Bwell Technology supports the maintenance of Singapore PUB DTSS deep tunnel stormwater system

The project utilized Bwell Technology's independently developed Discovery Pioneer pipeline inspection robot to provide high-precision inspection services for the DTSS project.

DTSS is a globally watched urban water resource innovation project that adopts the world's advanced water supply and drainage treatment technology. Through centralized treatment and resource recycling, it creates a more environmentally friendly and sustainable water circulation system, addressing Singapore's challenges in natural resource constraints, short rainy seasons, high groundwater salinity, high water demand, and climate change. Singapore plans to achieve full self-sufficiency in water supply by 2061 through the forward-looking design and efficient operation mechanism of DTSS.

The Discovery Pioneer pipeline inspection robot, with its advanced inspection technology and flexible modular design, is capable of penetrating the complex pipeline structure of DTSS, accurately identifying pipeline conditions. The application of this technology significantly improves the efficiency of inspections and the accuracy of data, establishing a solid foundation for the maintenance and optimization of Singapore's urban drainage system.

This collaboration not only highlights Bwell Technology's technical strength and application capabilities in international projects but also contributes significantly to the modernization of Singapore's urban infrastructure. It has jointly advanced the innovation and progress of global urban water resource management with the Singapore Water Authority.
